CULINARY CALENDAR Festive dishes with tradition During the K & K era, a yearly cycle of specialties from Vienna's own cuisine was established for special occasions. The festive feast was preferably eaten at the local innkeeper's and with the family. St. Martin's goose in November, baked carp and turkey at Christmas, a herring feast at the end of Carnival, celebrating Easter with lamb and ham - of course, we have always maintained culinary traditions.
DRINKS Beer, wine, Kracherl & Co. Beer culture at Kopp: Freshly tapped. Always nice and cool - whether dark or light. Tried and tested knowledge of ancient brewing culture. Or would you like an eighth of a liter? Crisp Veltliner, round Welschburgunder, spirited red. And to finish off, something strong - a Nusserl or a clear fruit brandy. In addition to alcoholic drinks, we serve fruit juices & lemonades and, of course, coffee & tea.
